We have a 30-day return policy that allows you to receive a refund of the purchase price if you choose to return the item in its original retail packaging (unopened), minus shipping costs. This policy is valid for 30 days from the shipping date. All products must be returned in their original condition; our policy does not apply to items that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery. To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at the address provided above. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. These shipping costs are non-refundable; therefore, if you receive a refund, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. Additionally, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 2 business days.
